Mr. Dowdalls represents employers in state and federal court litigation of employment law issues including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and wage and hour matters. He also represents employers nationally in the areas of collective bargaining, union organizing, arbitration of grievances, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition to handling disputes in court and before administrative agencies, Mr. Dowdalls provides preventive counseling on labor and employment law issues to industry associations and to employers in a variety of industries, including banking and finance, manufacturing, biotechnology, healthcare, retailing, hotel and restaurant, public transit, and insurance.
