Im an aspiring Wiki-preneur, Founder of the University Encyclopedia Project, and a Cisco Certified Network Engineer who aspires to study Cyberlaw (Attn: Harvard, Stanford, and Yale). I am also a member of the American Society for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T), and have a Bachelors of Science degree in Information Science with a concentration in computer networking from UNC Chapel Hill. My past employment includes a top five Public University, the Department of Defense, and a Fortune 100 company.

I am an objectivist at heart and iconoclastic by nature, driven by challenge, curiosity, and aspirations of success.

My subsequent interests include Entrepreneurship, Social Media, Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal), Wiki’s (Mediawiki), Information Architecture, Information Society, Information Systems, Information Security, Cyberlaw, and the Public Domain.

Below you will find my current endeavors as well as my future long term plans.


Currently I am studying for (completed by June 2010):

ITIL Foundations Certification (ITIL)
Cisco Certified Design Associate Certification (CCDA)
Cisco Certified Network Associate - Security Certification (CCNA-S)


Subsequent to these short term goals I will resume my studies for the following certifications:

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Service Provider (CCIE-SP)

In the fall of 2010 or 2011, I plan on obtaining an MS in Information Technology concentrating in Information Security and Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University.

5-10 years from now I would like to pursue a law program in Cyberlaw, and contribute to issues such as privacy, copyright, censorship, free speech, network neutrality, and governmental cyberwarfare.
