Born in Soeul, South Korea attended Santa Monica High School. In the 1980's did anti-nuke organizing with the Alliance for Survival. Trained in house meeting organizing by Fred Ross Sr, who helped César Chavez develop UFW. The last 24 years have worked at non-profit organizations on peace, environmental and social justice issues.
