I'm a 36 year old IT consultant, working in that area since 1998. Worked for two of the major telecommunications companies in Portugal for the past 11 years (Sonae and PT Comunicações)

I started up as an helpdesk technician in 1998, and one year later went to work as a system operator. In 2000 began working with CRM systems, mainly in application support and administration, but also organizing the "service" support/admin team for that area. Became team leader in 2001. Since 2002 I've been working with Siebel CRM.

In between, I worked 2,5 years with Web system (IIS, SharePoint, WebLogic), but mainly organizing the support/administration teams (ITIL oriented).

I consider myselt to be a team organizer, and a best-practise follower. I always aim to improve team work (workflow, work processes, etc). Also, I am a Siebel CRM administrator specialist. In every team I worked with, always had a document oriented approach to the "service", trying to create a good and continously improved knowledge base.

My working experience is as follows: - Siebel CRM (7 years) - Team leader (8 years) - ITIL (3 years) - Microsoft IIS and SharePoint (3 years)

Parallel to my professional life, I have some hobbies and interests. Most of them are related to music... a true addiction for me! But my latest interests are all related to my two beautiful children, their growth and education. In that area, as in professional life, I try to read as much as I can, and keep the most relevant information available for permanent or later use.
