Desktop Engineer—Global Infrastructure Solutions (Jun 2009-Jan 2010) Design, implement, and update desktop operating system images and associated applications for a variety of customers with such tools as VMWare Workstation, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Preinstallation Edition, Windows Automated Installation Kit, and System Center Configuration Manager. • Designed and built a VM desktop OS and applications package to be the basis for a Virtual Desktop Imaging solution. • Worked extensively with Windows 7 imaging and tools through beta development in order to be prepared for the new OS release and deployment. • Established position as subject matter expert on Group Policy

UNITED STATES ARMY, NATIONAL GUARD, Edmond, OK 1994 – Present Staff Sergeant (E-6) 25U3O Signal Systems Support NCO Supervises, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and defends Signal support systems and terminal devices, to include radio, wire, and battlefield automated systems. Provides technical assistance and unit level training for automation, communication, and user owned and operated Signal equipment. Disseminates information services policy. Prepares maintenance and supply requests for unit level Signal support. Operates and performs preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles and other assigned equipment. • Current, selected as Battalion Communications Chief. Serving as the Battalion primary Signal officer (S6). Sets policy for communications and networks for the Battalion and in accordance with guidance from Brigade. Will require Top Secret clearance. Directly supervises a staff of 5 Soldiers with primary responsibility to establish voice and data communications for the Battalion Tactical Operations Center. • Selected as Honor Graduate for Advanced Leaders Course • Received Certificate of Achievement from the Signal Regiment’s Directorate of Training for activities promoting and participating in Regimental Knowledge Management activities. • Consistently selected for duties beyond peers and pay grade. • Past, Acting Platoon Sergeant, and Acting Company First Sergeant, for newly established Signal Network Support Company.
