About me

I am a Senior Scientific Officer in a Cancer Research charity in the United Kingdom. I have a degree in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology from University of Tours (France), a Master of Science in Molecular Modelling and Bioinformatics from Birkbeck College (part of University of London) and a PhD in Bioinformatics from Imperial College London. My expertise is mainly in protein structure and sequence analysis. I have extensive experince in programming, mostly in C++ and Perl, I also do a lot of system administration on Linux servers and workstations. I am fluent in French and English.
