I am an Australian, living on campus, studying Sustainability at the Australian National University. I have lived in Newcastle, Sydney, London, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpor.

I am currently webmaster for the Royal Institute of Architects, own a micro web-publishing and ecommerce business, have worked in community radio, multimedia advertising, and spent a few years as webmaster for The Australian and The Daily Telegraph.

I have been following – but until now – not actively participating, in the great wiki journey since the earliest days of Nupedia and the Webster stub files.

I have always had encylopedist dreams, since I first read about the great works of The Encyclopede and hope to contribute to the Citizendium from a systems, content and advocacy perspective.

I am especially interested in the Semantic Web aspects of MediaWiki, the social justice effect of free knowledge and the potential for a new, improved Citizendium that integrates the academic community.
