Hi Melissa, I traced the youtube video on the tilt of the earth to this guy. The next step would be to see where he got it, or if he owns the copyright, then keep tracing it until you find the owner and ask them if you can use it... it looks like this comes from ignite! learning resources which likely has some reason not to share it, but it doesn't hurt to ask, because they have many more videos.
