I am a civil engineer by profession, a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto. I was born in 1978 in Portugal. I am currently a doctoral student in the same college. My desktop has been the management of investment projects. Work normally in large public projects. My areas of interest are: Hydraulics, Geotechnics, Structures, Ports and dams, traffic and planning. It is mainly in strategic planning to develop my work currently in public-private partnerships and public investment projects.
