I have been associated in different capacities with leading international engineering companies like Nexen Inc(SAGD & Upgrader), Suncor Energy (Oilsand Canada), Equate Petrochemicals, Gas Cracker (Kuwait), Bantrel Co Canada, and Indian Petrochemicals, Olefins(India) as a Process Engineer. I am proficient in FEED and detail engineering, Operations and Maintenance of process engineering projects. My engineering experience includes design/operations, commissioning & improvements, PHA activities like MOC, HAZOP, ILP, AICR, LOPA, SIL and information affecting the total business. I have hands on experience in Honeywell/Delta V-DCS, computer software such as HYSYS/PRO II, & ARPM data reconciliation model and International codes such as API, ASME and NACE in global oil & gas organizations. I was responsibly involved in construction and commissioning of two major Gas/Liquid Crackers and an Upgrader. I started my career in Indian Petrochemicals Naphtha Cracker division which enriched my hands on experience of Operations and Maintenance of Process Plants.
