I am the Chief IT Architect at Blackwell Book Services. My current focus is on creating user experiences with the goal of finding, evaluating, using, and discussing textual works. I am interested in the evolution of the relationships between students, faculty, and librarians at academic institutions.

I am interested in music, especially jazz. I have a bachelor's degree in music performance from the University of Oregon. I studied woodwinds, focusing on the saxophone.
