I am a writer young in my career. I grew up in Ohio, received my BA in English from SUNY Potsdam in 2000, my MFA in creative writing in 2003 and started a PhD in Rhetoric and Political Science before leaving school to start a career. I am married and we are expecting a child early this summer.
