Executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance at Fortune 500 companies. Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate spin-offs. This interest includes keenly following many of the current wars/conflicts going on such as the Tigray War, following the stock market and regulations (mainly focused in the United States), and following major crimes of interest (especially the rise in malware and ransomware attacks. Russian history is another area which I study in my free-time. This has included reading from the memoirs of Pyotr Wrangel, Nikita Khrushchev, and Mikhail Gorbachev.
