Technicalities
- Set up a template to facilitate submissions, so that a preformatted page can be preloaded.
- Make sure that each action item has a dedicated subpage under CZ:Managing Editor/year/number of action item - descriptive title (Example)
- Adjust status category as case moves on
- Post final decision in a way less subtle than a change in category
